this morning i woke up to rain.
i was half expecting:
weather.com said it was coming,
but they have also been forecasting a lot of snow
which never comes. which i am so grateful for.
so when i opened the door with all my running gear on
and saw the rain, i was slightly sad.
but then i ate peanut butter toast with yogurt and bananas on top and finally took down all of the christmas decorations. and cleaned the kitchen. and vacuumed.
and then i went running.
in my running skirt!
it was like 45-50 degrees out.
which i looooooved.
and then i showered.
and then i made some good stir fry for a late lunch.
and then i popped some popcorn.
just put kernels in a brown lunch sack and pop for a few minutes--just listen, you'll know when it's done. i like mine absolutely plain. but you can put salt & butter or pepper or parmesan or whatever you desire on afterward.
so gooooood.
healthy snack.
[unless of course you pour on the butt-tt-tt-er]
