years ago [in 2006]

i went to europe with my h.s. choir

{germany & austria}

we stayed with families for a few nights while in vienna, austria

{aw, look how young we were. lyndi, cristen, and i with our host "sisters" valerie and caroline [pretend i said those with a heavy german accent]. also, please note that this picture was taken after we had been on a bus all day from salzburg to vienna. stopping at melk abbey [the monk study place which is super cool and had the most ornate cathedral] and some palaces on the way. really.}

the first night at our families, we ate something called

it was so good.

it's like a pancake omelette type thing

and a

famous austrian dessert

or breakfast

or, we had it for dinner.

and we ate it on their garden terrace

which was so cute

and so beautiful

and the weather was

so perfect.

i think i'm going to adapt the recipe to using whole wheat flour and stevia. healthy yum.
